Good development work requires healthy relationships. Shawn's combination of great skills and expertise with a very supportive character and 'can do' attitude turned a period of hard work into a thoroughly pleasurable experience. It increased my confidence and gave me greater control over my work - and I am really looking forward to phase two. I don't see how it could have been better.
